Issuer keyring
A key is retired by its status, never removed. Receipts signed under a retired key still verify. A receipt is never revoked; a later one supersedes it.

What this host does not do
This host stores no receipts. The receipts live with each issuer; wefetch's are at rco.wefetch.ai.
Versions
Version 0.1, published 5 November 2026, in step with the specification. A new version supersedes the one before it; every receipt names the version it was verified under.
